A charter vessel underway off the Lombok coast

What you pay, and to whom

Marine Park Permit & Fees

One fee sits outside the charter rate. Here is what it is, roughly what it costs and who collects it.

Beyond the per-night charter rate there is a marine park and eco contribution of around IDR 150,000 per person, paid once and locally - everything else aboard is already in the quote.

  • About IDR 150,000 per person, one time
  • Paid locally, not added to the charter invoice
  • Funds reef work in the Gilis
  • Quoted up front, never sprung at the end

The short list

What sits outside the rate

Three things. Everything else - crew, chef, guides, meals, tanks, gear, fuel, transfers - is inside it.

Marine park & eco fee

Around IDR 150,000 per person, once. Collected locally and confirmed in your quote before you book.

Courses & refreshers

A scuba review or certification aboard is priced per person on request.

Alcohol & flights

Soft drinks are included. Wine and spirits are charged or brought aboard. Flights are never included.

What the fee is for

The contribution funds reef work around the Gilis - mooring buoys, clean-ups and restoration - rather than disappearing into a general fund.

It is collected locally, per person, once per trip. It is not a per-dive charge and not something the charter marks up.

We put the figure in your quote before you commit. If the rate changes between quoting and sailing, we tell you which direction and why.
